MOXIE provides an online ordering system for personalised and printed leavers hoodies for schools, groups and trips. We are a sister company of AllYearbooks Limited. AllYearbooks Limited is owned by H Tempest Photography.
Confirmation of order for printing
As part of the order process you will be asked to ‘Confirm your design’. If you have opted to use our Invitee process you will be unable to confirm your order with invitee submissions still pending and you must have a MOXIE account to complete your order.
The confirmation process is so you can review your order, at this stage we ask you check your order includes all the information as expected.
Once the order has been confirmed by yourself, your order will now be locked for editing. To make changes all you need to do is give the MOXIE team a call - we can unlock your order and you can make changes.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will proceed to the checkout.
Orders will not be started until 100% payment has been received.
Artwork and Design
Following confirmation of order, this is taken as your final confirmations to MOXIE.
If an error is noticed following sign off and confirmations for going to print this will be the responsibility of the customer to contact MOXIE as soon as possible. All spelling and names are the responsibility of the customer, we do not proof or check names. Please ensure you have checked the names before final sign off. Any changes may incur charges, we try to keep these to a minimum and if production has not begun we will do our best to not have to impose the charges however if production has started - there will be a charge.
Providing your own designs
You do this at your own risk, we will send you a mock up for you to confirm via email. Providing your own reverse design will incur a setup fee of £78 + VAT.
If you wish to cancel you order following full payment you will need to contact the customer service team immediately. Each case will be individually looked at depending on the stage of the order.
Made to order
All items from ‘MOXIE’ are made to order, should you receive your order and your garment is faulty or you have a complaint you must contact the MOXIE team within 72 hours.
Third Party Suppliers
To fulfil your order we use a third party to order and print hoodies. We have been working with this company for over 5 years and we do see them as an extension of our team. We have in place with them an agreement to protect your information. Files will be secured safely, and confidential measures are put in place to keep data relating to your order safe.
The information we share with our printers, is shared securely via email and the information shared is specifically order related name, delivery address of the order, along with the order information which will consist of school logo or name (dependant on customer choice) names for the reverse print (if applicable) and the individuals information entered on the ‘who’s in the hood’ page.
Google Analytics are used on the MOXIE website collect details of visitor behaviour patterns we do this to find out things like how many visits the site receives and to focus on making a better experience for our users. This information is not used to identify anyone.
The other third party we use is Olark, for our website chats.
The MOXIE customer support team are using WhatsApp for business. This is part of creating a better experience for our customers, we request a mobile phone number on sign up and a number is required when entering delivery information. We will use this phone number to keep in touch with you throughout your order sometimes via WhatsApp. We will also use the same phone number to send delivery information to you both on email and on WhatsApp. The MOXIE team will not use WhatsApp’s calling feature.
All payments are made via Stripe online and must be made in full at time of placing the order. Stripe are a third party for payment management, the information shared with stripe is to collect payments to fulfil financial payments securely.
Cheques can be accepted, this will need to be authorised by a member of the MOXIE team first.
Receiving your order
When you receive your order, please check against the MOXIE delivery note, some schools find it easier to use this note to hand out the garments to make sure everyone is counted for. If you notice a mistake by the MOXIE team, please let us know immediately any complaints must be made with MOXIE leavers 78 hours after delivery.
We are unable to organise free re-prints for incorrect sizing, choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. Sizing information is available in our size guide section of the website and on marketing literature.
When selecting a size, please do so carefully. We are unable to accept returns on personalised garments.
Sample Hoodie requests
We can arrange sample hoodies on request, this currently is not a feature on our website but please speak to a member of the MOXIE team to organise this. When samples are sent, they will be posted to your requested address and we will send you two samples, we will select two colours and opposite sizes to send to you. We will include return information in the samples sent and expect them to be returned to us within 8 weeks of posting.
Caring for your hoodie
Treat your hoodie with love and care. Follow the wash instructions and never tumble dry.
AllYearbooks and MOXIE
Anyone that is a customer of AllYearbooks receives a special introductory discount for 2019/2020 year of just £17.50 per hoodie. This price is for the same garment and includes the same printing options as a standard order. To secure this discount you must enter the correct details at checkout. The price we charge includes a front design, a reverse design and an option for nicknames to be included, the price is set and does not change if you choose to have a blank style hoodie or reverse design without a nickname. The front is embroidered as standard and the reverse is printed.
Any additional orders of under 10 garments will incur a fee, the cost per hoodie will be price before quantity or special discounts of £20.50 and there will be an delivery fee added of £15. The same payment terms will apply, payment must be made in full for additional garments.
Screens are produced when your order is sent to our printer, these are for the reverse printing of the hoodie. 2 months after order completion these will be discarded. If you wish to order additional hoodies after this point you will be charged a new set up fee.

What is GDPR?
GDPR is the General Data Protection Regulation which replaced the Data Protection Act. It’s purpose is to ensure that organisations have policies and practices in place when handling personal data. Since the GDPR law came in we have developed our business to be GDPR compliant.
Being a sister company to AllYearbooks, we take privacy very seriously. If you have any privacy concerns or GDPR questions you can speak to a member of the MOXIE team by phone or email.

AllYearbooks Limited is registered with the ICO as required since 16th June 2006 registration number Z861788X.
We have outlined below how we will endeavour to comply with GDPR.
MOXIE will follow good practice:
- Use personal information fairly and lawfully
- Collect only the information necessary for the specific purpose
- Ensure it is relevant, accurate and up to date
- Only hold as much as you need, and for as long as you need it
- All the subject of the information to see it on request and
- Keep it secure
- Allow customers the option to decide which information to be included
Information and who we are
For the purpose of data protection laws, MOXIE is a sister company to AllYearbooks Limited, company registration - 5137269. Our registered address is The Colour Laboratory, Lelant, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 3HU is the data processor. Our role is to keep your data safe and provide a platform to do so leaving you the control of the overall project.
Data, deletion and storage.
If you delete an in-progress order, is it marked as deleted we do keep hold of this data for one month at this point it is permanently deleted. If you deleted this by accident your information can be restored (?)
If you wish to have your account deleted, we can do this for you, this is not a function available for the user at this stage – so please contact a member of the MOXIE team to arrange this.
All uploaded data is stored securely and privately in the UK, in full compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 which controls how your personal information is used by business and government. The DPA 2018 is the UK's implementation of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
How long is data stored?
We hold your contact information on our CRM internally from the point you set-up an account with us, the data that we store is your name, email address. The information relates to the organiser and individual with the account.
Invitees, for anyone who is sent the link to complete the invite form, we collect their email address and details related to their order. This email address is visible to the lead organiser and members of staff at MOXIE but not to any other members and cannot be accessed via the link. With reference to your hoodie order, once you have confirmed this, your order will be locked for editing.
Access to the hoodie order is limited to just the account holder, we do not allow multiple users on one account – your account is personal to you and your email address.
When discussing your order with a member of the MOXIE team you will be asked to provide your email address or order number if you order has been completed. Your order number is provided to you following confirmation and checkout.
Once you have set up an account with MOXIE ahead we will keep all of the information online for your hoodie order.
Can I be deleted, the right to be forgotten?
As part of GDPR everyone now has the right to be forgotten, please contact us should you wish to make this request.
We are the data processor our role is to provide a platform for you to design and create a personalised hoodie for the individuals in your group. We have a fantastic team here to help.
What ‘Nicknames’ or styles are OK to include?
As the data controller it is up to you what you would like to include, you can decide. If you have any questions then please call us and we can do our best to advise perhaps on what other schools, groups and PTA’s are doing. We have options in the front and reverse styles if you wish to keep the order plain.
